大学体育课教学改革的调查研究

An investigation of reform of college physical education

对现行体育课教学需求及大学生对体育课教学改革要求进行调查研究 ,发现新世纪大学生对体育课的兴趣高、参与性强 ,认为体育课的各种身体活动能起到强身健体的作用 ;同时也发现他们对现行体育课的教学内容、教学方法和教学手段等方面有不同程度的看法 ,并要求尽快改革。为此 ,大学体育教学改革势在必行 ,以保证体育课真正功能的实现 。

The authors investigated the present needs for physical education and for reform of physical education.They found that students are interested in sports classes and participate in sports activities.The students are conscious of the bodybuilding functions of the sports activities.They also have their own opinions about teaching contents,methods and means.Therefore,they ask for reform of physical education.The authors put forth that the reform of physical education is necessary,which can ensure the functions of sports classes and lay a solid foundation for developing the students habit of lifelong sports.
