我国地震信息系统卫星通信网建设

ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK OF SEISMOLOGICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM

摘要 本文详细地讨论了正在建设中的我国地震信息系统卫星通信网的总体规划、组网方案、网络功能和系统配置,并且详细地讨论了各种数据的通信方式,认为由V-NET系统构成的地震信息卫星通信网具有传输地震数据、声码话音、图文传真、计算机数据的综合数据通信能力,能够为地震信息系统提供高速、可靠且价廉的数据传输服务。 The satellite comm,unication has the advantages of wide-range cover and large information capacity. The data transmited by satellite have better real-time performance and higher reliability. It is especially suitable for seismic information transmission. In this paper, the general programme, organizing plan, network function and system configuration of the satellite communications network for seismological information system are discussed in detail. The data transmission methods of various kinds are also introduced. It is shown that the seismic information satellite communications network we ate constructing based On V-NEF system has the synthetical ability of transmission seismic data,digital voice, fax file and computer network data, and can provide the high speed, reliable and cheap transmitting services to seismological information system.
