远程教育中的互动的精神理应贯彻到教学和管理的各个环节中,本文提出利用基于In-ternet和远程教育平台使教、学、管紧密关联、各要素之间实现双向多层互动的信息共享与互通,构建一个科学有序的教学教务管理系统,从而既体现出管理者与学生、管理者与教师、教师与学生、学生与学生之间的多层互动,又体现了教育群体要素之间的有机联系,达到信息沟通的效果。

The interactive spirit of distance education should be enforced to every process of teaching and teaching management.
