Selection of non-mercuric and non-lead catalyst for two-component colored polyurethane waterproof coating

介绍双组份彩色聚氨酯防水涂料非汞非铅复合金属催化剂的研制结果,催化交联剂、辛酸亚锡、异辛酸锌及辛酸亚锡与异辛酸锌复配对聚氨酯防水涂料固化速度和涂膜性能的影响,当辛酸亚锡与异辛酸锌质量比为1:(2～3)且总加入量为1％时,能得到性能优良的双组分彩色聚氨酯防水涂料。

Developing result on the non-mercuric and non-lead complex metal catalyst of two-component colored polyurethane waterproof coating is reported in this paper. The two-component colored polyurethane waterproof coating with high-quality can be gained when the mass ratio of stannous octoate to zinc isooctoate is 1 : 2 to 1 : 3 and general dosage is 1% .
