文章探讨了地区内的水权与水价问题,并举例阐述了解决区域内的水权配置问题可利用三部制水价和调整水资源在各用户之间的分配与交易。
The paper discusses the question of water right and water price in th e area, and gives an example of the collocation of water right in the area to re solve by three prices and by distribution and trade of water resources between c onsumers.
