摘要
莲子草假隔链格孢 (Nimbyaalternantherae)可产生两类不同类型的致病毒素 (毒素A和毒素B) ,毒素A引致空心莲子草叶片水渍状死亡 ,毒素B引致局部坏死斑。病原菌在不同培养基中产生不同类型的毒素 ,在改良Fries基本培养基 3号中只产生毒素A ,在改良Czapek培养基和Richard培养基中只产生毒素B ,而在PS ,PD和改良Fries3号基本培养基中两类毒素均产生。 2 5~ 4 0℃ ,振荡 (12 0r/min)及pH 7~ 8较利于毒素A的产生。毒素A为一种分子质量在 10 0 0 0u以下的弱极性物质 ,具热不稳定性 ,煮沸
Nimbya alternantherae could produce two kinds of phytotoxins (phytotoxin A and phytotoxin B). Phytotoxin A and phytotoxin B causes the leaf blight, and leaf spot of alligatorweed respectively. The pathogen produced different kinds of phytotoxin in different liquid medium. In modified Fries basic media 3 it only produced phytotoxin A, and in modified Czapek and Richard media it only produced phytotoxin B, but in PS, PD and modified Fries 3 basic substrate, the pathogen could produce both of them. The temperature 25~40?℃,shocking(120?r/min)and pH 7~8 favored the production of phytotoxin A. Phytotoxin A was a metabolite smaller than 10000 dalton with weak polarity and heat unstability, and lost activity after boiling for 10?min.
