摘要
采用均匀设计法选用浸提时间、温度、浸提液醇度、料液比四因素对葛根异黄酮的提取率进行了实验研究 ,并用单因素实验进行了部分结论的验证。结果表明 ,温度是影响葛根异黄酮浸提的主要因素 ,而浸提剂乙醇含量的影响较小。这与已报道的采用单因素设计和正交设计结合进行实验的结论 ,即认为影响葛根异黄酮提取率因素按重要性从大到小依次为温度、固液比、提取剂的乙醇浓度基本一致。由此可见 ,均匀设计法作为一种以较少实验次数处理多水平多因素的实验设计方法 ,在摸索产物提取的优化条件时 。
Four factors,extracting time,temperature,content of alcohol to extracting dissolvent,the ratio of material and dissolvent and uniform design were studied in extracting pueraria isoflavones.The result shows that temperature has much effect on the extracting of pueraria isoflavones,while the content of alcohol to extracting dissolvent has little effect on the extracting.This result is similar to the reported method which has both used single factor and orthogonal design.That report takes following three factors into account:temperature,content of alcohol to extracting dissolvent,the ratio of material and dissolvent.The frist factor has more effect than the rest on the extracting.So we think the uniform design as an experiment design method which can use less experiment treating much factors and levels,has much advantage of guiding experiment in researching optimal condition for the extraction of products.
