新形势下培育农民收入新增长点的策略

Review on the strategies of making new growth-point of peasant's income under new economic condition with joining of WTO

农民收入增长缓慢是当前我国农村经济面临的主要问题之一。本文紧扣我国加入WTO的新形势 ,以促进农民收入快速持续增长为目标 ,归纳了现阶段我国农民收入的现状特点、影响农民收入增长的关键因素 ,从而有针对性地提出了培育农民收入新增长点的现实选择。认为必须从以下几方面入手 ,即 :加大农业结构战略性调整的力度 ;以入世为契机 ,确保农产品需求稳定增长 ;改革支持和保护农业的方式 ,增加农业投入 ;发展非农产业 ,加快农村劳动力转移 ;

Slow increase of peasant's income is one of the subject matters influencing development of rural economy of China.Combining theoretical and practical analysis,The present paper reviews characteristics of the peasant's income and the factors affecting the income.Under challenge of joining in WTO,the author proposes the strategies to increase peasant's income by developing new growth point of the rural economy.The main strategies are adjusting agricultural structure,increasing increase demands of agricultural products,supporting and protecting investment in agricultrue under rule of WTO,developing non agricultural industry to encourage laborer shifting and reforming of current management system in agricultural field.
