摘要
链格孢菌是紫茎泽兰的 1种致病真菌。利用植物病理学方法和RAPD技术 ,比较研究了采自紫茎泽兰上的 5个链格孢菌菌株的形态、遗传多样性、生长状况、致病性和产毒素能力。结果表明 ,5个菌株在上述 5个方面均存在差异 ,其中 ,菌株 5 0 1具有生长速度快、致病性强和产毒素能力高等特点 ,PCR谱带也存在明显特征 ,被确定为最具潜力的菌株。此外 ,致病性与生长速度和产毒素能力存在一定的正相关性。
Alternaria alternata(Fr.)Keissler is one of natural fungal pathogens to Eupatorium adenophorum Sprenge.The comparison of experiments was conducted on morphology, heredity diversity,growth rate,pathogenicity, and phytotoxin producing capability of five isolates from Eupatorium adenophorum Sprenge by using phytopathological research methods and RAPD technique. The results showed that there were significant differences in above five aspects among five isolates.Isolate 501 had the highest growth rate and phytotoxin producing capability,the strongest pathogenicity and specific banding pattern,regarding as a prospective strain for biological control of Crofton weed.In addition,there was positive relationship between virulence and growth rate, phytotoxin producing capability.
