摘要
利用草炭、蛭石、珍珠岩为原料的育苗基质 ,运用正交试验设计 ,加入不同浓度的氮、磷、钾肥料 ,进行了番茄、黄瓜、茄子和甜椒穴盘育苗研究。结果表明 ,不同施肥品种与施肥量对果菜类蔬菜幼苗生长的影响具有显著差异 ,施用磷肥与供试 4种蔬菜幼苗株高和干物重增长的相关性达到显著或极显著水平 ,是培育优质壮苗的重要营养元素 ;氮、磷、钾肥料配合施用 ,是培育优质壮苗的关键。供试穴盘育苗混合基质中的最佳N、P2 O5、K2 O施肥量分别为番茄 0 .2、0 .4、0 .2kg m3,黄瓜 0 .8、0 .2、0 .1kg m3,茄子 0 .8、0 .4、0 .2kg m3,甜椒 0 .4、0 .4、0 .4kg m3。
The effects of different amount of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers applied in nursing media on growth of plug seedlings of tomato,cucumber,eggplant and sweet pepper were studied by orthogonal design.The nursing media were consisted of turf,vermiculite and perlite.The results showed that different fertilizers and the amount used significantly affected the seedling growth in the 4 vegetables mentioned above.Plant height and dry weight of the seedlings significantly (at a level of 0.05 or 0.01) correlated with the phosphorus concentration,so phosphorus was an important nutrient element for health and vigorous seedlings.Combining use of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers was a key technology to produce health and vtgorous seedlings.The optimal dosage of N,P 2O 5 and K 2O used in the nursing media for tomato was 0.2,0.4,0.2kg/m 3,health and vigorous, 0.8,0.2,0.1kg/m 3 for cucumber,0.8,0.4,0.2 kg/m 3 for eggplant,and 0.4,0.4,0.4kg/m 3 for sweet pepper respectively.
