纤维类饲料的阳离子交换量与其营养特性的关系

摘要 综合介绍了国内外通过测定阳离子交换量 (CEC值 )来评价纤维类饲料营养特性的研究现状 ,着重论述了CEC值的测定方法、CEC值对反刍动物消化动力学的影响。研究认为 ,不同饲料CEC值不同 ,且与饲料的氮素、酸洗涤纤维 (ADF)和木质素 (LIG)密切相关 ,同时 ,CEC值对反刍动物食糜在消化道中的流动量、营养物质瘤胃降解率和消化率有重要影响。 Current researches on the nutritive characteristics of fibrous feedstuff through determining the feedstuff cation exchange capacity (CEC) to evaluate its nutritive value at home and abroad were comprehensively discribed, and the methods of determing CEC value and the correlation between CEC values and chemical compositions, pH values, and the effect of CEC values on the digestion kinetics in ruminants were also emphatically introduced. The results of research showed that the CEC values of different feedstuff are different, closely correlated with nitrogen and acid detergent fibre (ADF) and lignin (LIG) content of the feedstuff. At the same time, there are markedly effect of CEC value in diet on the nutrients flow of digesta in the digestive tract of ruminants, the degration rate and digestibility of nutrients in rumen.
