摘要
目的 通过观察国产普鲁泊福不同注药速度对人工流产病人呼吸、循环的影响 ,以寻找在人工流产麻醉中最适宜的注药速度。 方法 选择人工流产患者 90例 ,随机分为A、B、C 3组 ,用国产普鲁泊福进行诱导麻醉 ,剂量为2 0mg/kg,分别以 1、2、4分钟不同注入速度 ,观察 3组患者血压、心率、呼吸、脉搏氧饱和度 (SpO2 )的变化及不良反应。 结果 3组用药后收缩压均有所下降 ,但仅B组清醒后收缩压与用药前相比有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,组间比较有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;心率均有增加 ,A组与其他组比较有差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;3组SpO2 均在正常范围 ,镇痛效果均满意 ,C组优良率稍低于A、B两组 ,但无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 )。不良反应发生率 3组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。 结论 国产普鲁泊福用于人工流产麻醉诱导时 ,其不同注入速度对呼吸循环均有影响 ,但以B组 ( 2分钟内注射完毕 )影响最轻 ,较为安全可行。
Objective To investigate the effects of Propofol infusion rates on respiratory and circulatory systems in patients undergoing artificial abortion in order to determine the most appropriate infusion rate in anesthesia for artificial abortion. Methods Ninety patients undergoing artificial abortion were divided randomly into three groups. Dose of 2.0 mg/kg homemade Propofol was given intravenously to perform induced anesthesia for 1, 2 and 4 minutes respectively in groups A,B and C, then the same maintaining dose was used during the operation. Heart rate (HR), blood pressure(BP), respiratory rate, SpO 2 and the side effects of the drug were measured. Results Compared with those before the administration of Propofol, systoles pressure was decreased in all three groups ( P >0.05),while HR was increased. A significant change in BP was noted in group A. SpO 2 remained normal in all three groups with satisfying anagelsia. But a good response was found lower in group C than in groups A and B ( P >0.05). Among the three groups ,the decrease of SBP in group B was the most obvious ( P <0.05).There was no significant change in DBP in there group( P >0 05).Respiratory inhibition in group A was more frequent than that in the other two groups. Group B had the least side effect. Conclusions Different infusion rates of homemade Propofol affected respiratory and circulatory functions variously when used in induced anesthesia;option in group B was suitable for artificial abortion with the best effect.
