摘要
目的 观察内毒素血症对家兔外周血管阻力、心输出量和平均动脉压的影响及抗肿瘤坏死因子单克隆抗体的对抗效果。方法 内毒素静脉注射复制动物内毒素血症模型 ,电磁血流量计测量心输出量 ,多道生理记录仪测量血压。结果 内毒素组和无关抗体组在注射内毒素后 ,平均动脉压均较对照组明显下降 (P <0 0 1 ) ;抗体保护组经历一过性血压降低后 ,平均动脉压在 60min基本恢复到与对照组无显著差异的水平 (P >0 0 5)。心输出量和外周血管阻力的变化情况与血压改变相类似。结论 抗肿瘤坏死因子单克隆抗体可有效防止内毒素血症导致的平均动脉压、心输出量和外周血管阻力下降 。
Objective To observe the influence of endotoxemia on peripheral vascular resistance,cardiac output and mean arterial pressure of the rabbits,as well as the protective effect of anti-tumor necrosis factor monoclonal antibody against these changes.Methods The endotoxemia animal model was made by venous endotoxin injection,and electromagnetic flow meter and multi-channel physiological recorder were adopted to measure cardiac output and blood pressure.Results After the injection of endotoxin the mean arterial pressures of endotoxin group and no-related antibody group were significantly lower than that of control;After anti-TNF McAb group experienced transient drop,the mean arterial pressure returned to the level of control group in 60 minutes(P>0.05).The changes of cardiac output and peripheral vascular resistance were similar to that of mean arterial pressure.Conclusions Anti-TNF McAb could effectively prevent the drop of mean arterial pressure,cardiac output and peripheral vascular resistance caused by endotoxemia. TNF played a key role in the changes what was mentioned above.
