后纵韧带漂浮及带锁钢板固定治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化

Floating procedure with cervical sp ine locking plate for treatment of ce rvical ossification of posterior lo ngitudinal ligament

目的探讨后纵韧带漂浮及带锁钢板固定治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化(OPLL)的临床价值。方法对23例颈椎OPLL患者采用后纵韧带漂浮及带锁钢板固定治疗,观察其临床疗效。结果23例获随访,平均24个月,植骨全部于术后12～16周骨性愈合,神经功能由术前JOA评分平均8.5分恢复至术后平均14分。手术有效率95.6%,优良率75.8%。结论后纵韧带漂浮及带锁钢板固定是治疗颈椎OPLL的有效方法之一,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss and evaluate floating pro cedure with cervical spine locking p late for treating the os-sification of posterior longitudin al ligament of cervical spine.Methods 23cases with OPLL treated by floatin g procedure with cervical spine locking plate were re viewed and analysed,clinic curativ e effect were observed.Results23patients were followed up for 24months on average,all grafting bones got solid fusion in 12to 16w eeks postoperatively.The effectiv e rate of operation was 95.6%and the excellent rate 75.8%.Conclusions Floating procedure with cervical sp ine locking plate in the treatment of cervical ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament is prospective and it is one of good techniques.
