电针治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture on Melancholia

目的 观察电针治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法 对 2 10例抑郁症患者随机分为电针组与药物组进行对照研究。结果与结论 两组有效率经统计学处理无显著性差异。两组病人都采用国际通用的 Hamiton抑郁量表予于评定 ,在治疗 1个疗程后 ,两组平均总分显著下降 ,经过 t检验 ,每组治疗前后 1疗程后的疗效差异显著 ,P<0 .0 0 1,而两组间疗效比较 P>0 .0 5 ,无显著性差异。电针组与抗抑郁药阿米替林可相媲美 ,但口服阿米替林有不同程度的副作用 。

Purpose To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture on melancholia. Method A comparative research was carried out in 210 melancholia cases randomly divided into an electroacupuncture group and a medication group. Results and conclusion Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups. The results were evaluated by an international melancholia scale in both the groups. The average score markedly decreased in both the groups after one course of treatment. A t test showed that there was a significant difference in curative effect between before and after one course of treatment in each group ( P<0.001) but there was no such a difference between the two groups ( P>0.05). Electroacupuncture can compare favorably with amitriptyline, an antidepressant. But taking amitriptyline will produce different degrees of side effects. Therefore electroacupuncture is especially suitable for the patients who can not take medicine due to various causes.
