盖诺联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Preliminary Clinical Observation of Vinorelbine Combined with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 观察国产长春瑞宾 (盖诺 )联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 盖诺 2 5mg m2 ,d1、8;PDD 2 0mg m2 ,d1～ 5,2 1天为 1周期 ,至少治疗 2周期。结果 CR 1例 ,PR 12例 ,NC 13例 ,PD 2例 ,有效率为 46 4%。毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论 盖诺联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效明显 ,毒副反应可以耐受。

Objective To evaluate the effect of vinorelbine and cisplatin on advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 28 cases received a combined chemotherapy of vinorelbine 25 mg/m 2 d 1,8 ;Cisplation 20 mg/m 2 d 1～5 .The cycle was 21 days. The effect was evalututed after 2 cycles.Results Complete response was achieved in 1 case,partial response in 12 cases, stableness in 13 cases and progression in 2 cases,The overall response rate was 46.4%.Side reactions included myleosuppression and digestive tract reaction.Conclusions Home-made vinorelbine combined with cisplatin is a rather active factor in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with acceptable tolerance.
