摘要
目的 : 通过研究分析bcl 2和Nm2 3蛋白在角化棘皮瘤 (KA)和皮肤鳞状细胞癌 (SCC)中的表达和临床意义 ,探寻两病的鉴别标志。方法 : 应用免疫组化技术 (SABC)对 11例KA、2 8例SCC进行了检测。结果 : bcl 2和Nm2 3蛋白在KA和SCC中的表达经统计学分析无显著性意义。结论 : bcl 2和Nm2 3癌基因均参与了KA和SCC的发病过程 。
Objective:To study the expression and significance of bcl 2 and Nm23 proto-onocogenes proteins in keratoacanthoma (KA) and sguamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods:The expressions of bcl 2 and Nm23 proteins in skin lesions of 11 patients with KA and 28 patients with SCC were tested using immunohistochemical staining. Results: No statistical significance was found on the expression of bcl 2 and Nm21 between KA and SCC. Conclusion : bcl 2 and Nm23 may be involved in the pathogenesis of KA and SCC, but can not be used as markers to differentiate KA from SCC in this study.
