特比萘芬超声透入治疗兔模型癣病的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 : 评价特比萘芬超声透入皮肤的可能性及其对皮肤癣菌感染的疗效。方法 : 建立 30只兔癣模型 ,每只兔左右两侧各一处皮损 ,右侧归入甲组 ,左侧归入乙组。乙组单纯局部外搽 1%特比萘芬霜 ;甲组加超声透入治疗。两组皆为每隔两天治疗 1次 ,共治疗 3次 ,于 2、4周末评价疗效。结果 : 第 4周末乙组的临床治愈率和真菌学治愈率皆为 33.3% ,甲组则分别为 80 .0 %和 86 .7% ,甲组疗效明显好于乙组。结论 : 特比萘芬超声透入治疗兔癣病有较好的疗效 ,优于单纯外用特比萘芬霜 ,超声波可能增加特比萘芬透皮吸收的量和深度。 Objective:To investigate the possibility of ultrasound enhancing the per-cutaneous absorption of terbinafine, and to evaluate the therapeutic effects of terbinafine phonophoresis in the treatment of dermatophyte infection of rabbit.Methods:Thirty rabbit dermatophytosis models were created, with one lesion on each body side of every rabbit. All the lesions on the right side were assigned to group A, and those on the left side were assigned to group B. Only topical application of 1% terbinafine cream was used for group B. The topical application was followed by use of ultrasound for 10 minutes per time for group A. All the lesions in both groups were treated once every three days. The maximum therapies were 3 times in all. The therapeutic responses in both groups were evaluated at the end of week 2 and week 4. Results: Both clinical and mycological cure rates at week 4 were 33.3% in group B, while, 80.0% and 86.7% , respectively, in group A. The therapeutic efficacy at week 4 were not significantly different from that at week 2 in group B, but in group A, the efficacy at week 4 were better than that at week 2. Conclusion : The results suggest that the efficacy of terbinafine phonophoresis in the treatment of rabbit dermatophytosis model is satisfactory, and better than that of topical application alone. Most probably, ultrasound can enhance the percutaneous absorption of terbinafine.
