血清荧光光谱诊断肺癌的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨肺癌的诊断及早期诊断的方法。方法 应用荧光对 110例肺癌患者 ,10 0肺良性疾病患者 (其中 40例肺结核患者 )和 3 5例正常人的血清进行了检测 ,分析其荧光光谱。以波长 62 5nm处的荧光强度大于 615nm处者为阳性 ;小于 615nm处者为阴性。结果 肺癌组阳性 77例 ,其中 10例早期肺癌有 6例阳性 ,肺良性疾病组阳性 16例(其中肺结核组 6例阳性 ) ,健康对照组 2例阳性 ,肺癌组阳性率明显高于肺良性组 (P <0 .0 1)和健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,亦高于肺结核组 (P <0 .0 1)。不同组织类型的肺癌阳性率不同 ,腺癌阳性率最高为 87.88% ,鳞癌次之为 71.43 % ,小细胞肺癌最低为 61.61%。结论 应用荧光光谱分析对肺癌 (尤其是非小细胞肺癌 )的诊断甚至早期诊断具有重要的参考价值。 Objective To explore diagnosis and early diagnostic methods for lung cancer. Methods The serum of 110 patients with lung cancer ,100 patients with benign lung disease (among them,there were 40 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis)and 35 normal persons was assayed by fluorescnce.Then the fluorescent spectrum of serum was analysed. The subjects whose fluorescent intensity was higher than 625nm were positive,and those lower than 615nm were negative.Results The number of positiveness was seventy seven in lung cancer group, two in normal person group, sixteen in benign lung disease group. The positive rate of lung cancer group was much higher than that of benign lung disease group (P<0.01) and normal person group (P<0.01). Conclusion It is of important referential value by using fluorescent spectrum to diagnose lung cancer in early stage.
