从与读者进行心理换位思维、加大对读者的亲和力、建立健全服务文化机制3个方面入手,讨论了服务文化产生的基础。
Starting from three aspects of making psychological transposition thinking with readers, strengthening the affinity for readers, and building and perfecting the system of service culture, this paper discusses the foundations of producing the service culture.
