In the light of the black pollution coming from the waste and old tyres and rubber products, this paper expounds the technologies of regenerating and utilizing the waste and old rubber products in the world and in China and the market prospect of these technologies, puts forward some technologies and equipment suitable for Shanxi Province to make comprehensive utilization of the waste and old tyres and rubber products, and makes analysis on both economic and social benefits of these technologies.
