摘要
资金是促进技术创新的重要基础,加速技术创新,必须采取多种方式加大投融资力度。文章介绍了先进国家以及国内先进省市加大投融资力度、促进技术创新的经验和做法。
Fund is an important foundation for accelerating technological innovation, so, we must increase investing and financing strength through various ways. This paper introduces the experiences and practices of some foreign advanced countries and domestic advanced provinces and cities in aspect of accelerating technological innovation through increasing investing and financing strength.
