This paper briefly introduces the significance of the transformation of sci-tech achievements, expounds the necessary conditions of realizing the transformation of sci-tech achievements, and points out the suggestion of constructing an excellent atmosphere helpful to achievements transformation for the purpose of accelerating the transformation of sci-tech achievements into real productivity.
