摘要
文章阐述了对企业进行全面管理的企业资源管理计划系统(ERP)的概念、发展历程以及目前国内外企业应用ERP系统的状况,提出了企业应用ERP的实施步骤,及ERP的评价指标。
This paper expounds the concept and developing history of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with which enterprise make full management and the situation of applying ERP in domestic and foreign enterprises at present, and puts forward the steps of practicing ERP in enterprises and the evaluation indexes of ERP.
