通过对北同蒲线原平—太原段增建二线工程的简介,以及对施工本身存在的特殊性和复杂性的分析,从日常的安全管理,施工计划的提报、审批,施工前的准备,施工中的行车组织,施工完毕的试验、消点等方面论述了强化组织管理是确保施工行车安全的根本所在。

Through briefly introducing the additional second line project of Yuanping-Taiyuan Section of North Tongpu Line and analyzing the speciality and complexity existing in the construction itself, this paper discusses that strengthening organization management is the foundation of ensuring the driving safety of the construction from aspects of routine safety management, submitting and approving of construction plan, cooperation before construction, driving organization in construction, test and points elimination after construction, etc.
