Analysis on the Basic Ideas of Construction Cost Control

从市场经济的角度,分析了当前建设项目工程造价控制中存在的主要问题,结合国际工程项目管理做法和我国实际现状,提出了新形势下控制工程造价的基本思路。

From the angle of economy, this paper analyses the main problems existing in construction cost control at present and, connecting with the experiences of international construction project management and actual situation of our country, puts forward some basic ideas of controlling construction cost under the new situation.
