摘要
采用低温冷冻和浓硫酸处理研究其对野生大豆种子发芽的影响。 -6~ -1 0℃低温冷冻处理野生大豆种子 1 ,3 ,5 ,7,9d可以一定程度的提高种子的发芽率。用体积分数为 0 .98的浓硫酸处理野生大豆种子 2,4,6,8,1 0 ,2 0 ,3 0 ,40 ,5 0 ,60 ,70 ,80 ,90 ,1 0 0min ,结果表明 ,经 8~ 1 0min的浓硫酸处理对提高野生大豆种子的发芽率有明显的促进作用 ,发芽率可高达 98%。
The influences on seed germination by freezing seed and dipping it in sulfuric acid were studied in this paper. Treating wild soybean seed 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 d in low temperature (-6~-10 ℃) could increase the germination percentage to a certain degree; Dense sulfuric acid (0.98) treating 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 and 100 min showed that treating wild soybean seed within 8~10 min dense sulfuric acid had distinct influence on improving the wild soybean seed's germination success rate, and the highest germination percentage could reach 98%.
