Grasping Patella Device for Treatment of Patella Fracture with Small Incision

目的 总结抓髌骨器治疗髌骨骨折的体会。方法 髌骨内侧小切口 ,清理关节内瘀血 ,手指探入 ,协助整复 ,引导爪钩 ,固定骨折 ,早期进行功能锻炼。结果 共治疗各类型骨折 43例 ;骨折全部于手术后 6～ 8周愈合 ,优良率97 7%。结论 抓髌器治疗髌骨骨折具有创伤小、愈合快、功能恢复好 ,不需再次手术等优点 。

Objective To summarize the experience in the treatment of patella fracture with patella grasping device. Methods A small incision performed in the medial side of knee joint. The hook of the device was reduced and guided by surgeon's fingers, then the fracture was fixed. Functional exercises should be done as early as possible. Results A total of 43 cases with various types of patella fractures had been treated. All the fractures were healed within 6～8 weeks after operations. The effect graded as excellent and good was 97.9%. Conclusion Patella grasping device for treatment of patella fracture has many advantages, ie less invasive, rapid healing, restoring of good function and avoiding the second operation. Thus it is the first choice of treatment approach in patella fracture.
