胡桃楸提取液诱导K562细胞凋亡机制的研究

THE STUDY ON THE APOPTOSIS MECHANISM OF K562 INDUCED BY ETHANOL EXTRACT OF JUGLANS MANDSHURICA

目的 :考察胡桃楸提取液是否具有诱导K5 6 2细胞p5 2蛋白及p2 1蛋白的作用 ,初步探讨胡桃楸提取液诱导K5 6 2细胞凋亡机制。方法 :以Western blot方法检测胡桃楸提取液对K5 6 2细胞p5 3蛋白及p2 1蛋白的影响。结果 :加入胡楸提取液K5 6 2细胞p5 2蛋白及p2 1蛋表达量增加。结论 :胡桃楸提取液可诱导K5 6 2细胞p5 3蛋白和p2 1蛋白的表达。

Objective:To studay if the ethanol extract of Juglans mandshuric can induce the expression of p53 and p21 of K562 cell.Methods:The effection on the expression of p53 and p21 of K562 cell by the ethanol extract of Juglans mandshuric were detected with Western blot.Result:The expression of p53 and p21 of K562 cell was improved after Juglans mandshurica extract treated.Conclusion:The ethanol extract of Juglans can induce the expression of p53 p21 of K562 cell.
