布拉酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎53例临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF TREATMENT FOR INFANT ROTAVIRUS ENERITIS BY SACCHAROMYCES BOULARDII

目的 :探讨布拉酵母菌治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法 :10 3例患儿随机分为两组 ,对照组给予静滴病毒唑 ,口服思密达。治疗组在此基础上口服布拉酵母菌。 <1岁 ,一日 3次 ,每次 1/3袋 ;<3岁 ;一日 3次 ,每次 1/2袋。结果 :治疗组的总有效率为 92 5 % ,对照组的总有效率为 78% ,在退热、止泻、总疗程方面治疗组与对照组差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :布拉酵母菌对小儿轮状病毒肠炎有良好的疗效。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of saccharomyces boulardii to infant rotavirus enteritis.Method:103 cases of infant ratovirus enteritis patients were divided ramdonly into two groups,the therapy group with 53 cases and the contrast group with 50 cases.The contrast group was treated with virazole and smecta.The therapy group was treated plus with saccharomyces boulardii viaora.Three times each day and 1/3 bag once for under 1 year;three times each day and 1/2 bag once for 1 to 3 years.Result:The total effective rate of the therapy group was 92.5%.The total effective rate of the contrast group was 78%.There was striking difference between two groups in the time of bring down a fever,stopping diarrhoea,the total course of treatment ( P <0 05).Conclusion: Saccharomyces boulardii is an effective medicine in treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis.
