摘要
目的 了解大鼠内淋巴囊的细胞增殖状态。方法 选用 10只健康成年S D大鼠 ,腹腔注射溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷 (BrdU)后 ,取颞骨作组织学处理 ,用抗BrdU单克隆抗体 ,通过免疫组织化学染色 ,观察内淋巴囊组织中增殖细胞的定位与分布。结果 大鼠内淋巴囊中间部的上皮、上皮下区域和囊腔内存在着散在的BrdU阳性细胞 ,而在耳蜗未发现阳性细胞。结论 大鼠内淋巴囊具有细胞增殖能力 ,可能是内耳具有细胞更新功能的独特部位。
? Objective To study the cellular proliferation activity of the rat endolymphatic sac.Method After administration of 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine (BrdU) intraperitoneally, 10 healthy adult S-D rats were sacrificed and the temporal bones were removed. Then the decalcified tissue samples were examined immunohistochemically by using monoclonal antibodies against BrdU. Result Scattered BrdU cells were detected within the endolymphatic sac (ES) whereas labelled cells were not found in the cochlea. Conclusion The rat ES which possesses a low rate of mitotic activity may be the sole site for all renewing in the inner ear. 〔
