Application of anti-static agent on fabrics with bi-component anti-stat filament

有机导电纤维对于解决织物静电效果显著 ,可以避免主动吸灰。对于间隔排列有机导电纤维长丝的织物来说 ,由于放电残余电荷的存在 ,在多灰尘情况下会出现被动沾灰而形成灰条的现象。研究表明使用适当的抗静电剂 (如PTM - 0 1等 )可以有效地解决此类问题。

The bi-component anti-stat fibers are useful to solve the static problem in textile, the fabrics with these fibers can avoid soiling initiatively. But in the case of dry dusty area, the fabrics with interval bi-component anti-stat filaments may appear dust-strip along the filaments as the remains of electrostatic charge is gathered around the filaments after discharge. The method to solve this problem is the finish with anti-static agent (e.g. PTM-01).
