摘要
从条带卷绕时的纱线受力和运动分析出发 ,建立了条带的扩散程度与相关参数之间的一般关系。研究表明 ,条带在卷绕过程中发生的扩散是由于卷绕点相对于导纱点的摩擦滞后程度的不同而引起的。其中 ,导纱辊到大滚筒的距离 ,纱线的直径、摩擦系数、模量 ,卷绕张力、卷装硬度、卷绕速度等对扩散有明显影响。
This article builds a universal relation between the diffusion of the strip and the correlative parameters, which bases on the analysis of the yarn tension and movement in strip winding. It shows that the diffusion of the strip in the winding process is caused by the difference of the degree that the winding point lags behind the guiding point. The distance between lead roll and warping reel, the yarn property (such as yarn diameter, friction coefficient, yarn modulus etc.), winding tension, package hardness and winding speed have the apparent influence upon the diffusion.
