摘要
通过对影响配合饲料生产工艺中配料精度的因素进行了理论和实例分析。研究结果表明 ,合理选择配料工艺参数 ,根据配料精度的要求 ,采用适当的控制过程 ,并进行容错处理后 ,可以提高配料精度。
The factors affecting feed proportioning accuracy were analyzed on a theoretical and living-example basis. The results showed that proportioning accuracy could be improved by means of selecting appropriate technological data, adopting proper process control in accordance with the proportioning accuracy and correcting tolerance.
