摘要
利用自制的半导体激光辐射器对果酒酵母 (Ciderutilis)、康宁木霉 (Trichodermareesi)两菌种进行辐射诱变 ,选育出适合苹果渣生产饲料蛋白的更优突变株。并在此基础上研究协同发酵的单因素影响关系 ,获得了固态发酵的适宜工艺条件 :发酵的接种比 4∶1、接种量 10 %、发酵温度 30~ 4 0℃、自然pH值、尿素与无机盐分两次添加、不灭菌。经 84h发酵 ,其结果产物中的粗蛋白含量由 16 .2 8%提高到 2 8.4 3% ,真蛋白含量由 10 .0 2 %提高到 2 6 .5 9% ,而粗纤维则由 16 .6 8%降低到 10 .84 %。
The suitable mutant strains for producing feed protein from apple pomace were breeded through mutagenesis to Cider utilis and Trichoderma reesi with a self-made semiconductor-laser. Optimum conditions were obtained through experiments: the proper mixing proportion 4:1, inoculation size 10%, fermentation temperature 30~34 ℃, natural pH, twi-affixion of inorganic salt and urea, and no sterilization. After 84 h, the content of crude protein in the fermented products reached 28.43% from 16.28%, real protein 26.59% from 10.02% and crude cellulose reduced to 10.84% from 16.68%.
