摘要
在系统地研究瞬态传动机理基础上 ,用定时间间隔三维功率谱阵研究了不同工况下 ,传动系统在升降速过程中频率成分在频谱上的分布规律 ,速比变化快慢与输入转速及转矩间的关系。从实验结果中得到了在相同工况下 ,输入转速对速比变化快慢的影响比转矩对速比变化快慢的影响明显 ,降速过程中传动系统的速比变化快慢响应快于升速过程系统的速比变化快慢响应等结论 ,并对传动系统的振动特性进行了分析。
In this paper,the mechanism of metal belt continuously variable transmission(CVT)in transient state is analyzed Under different conditions,the vibration characteristic of the CVT system in transient states is investigated online by means of three dimension waterfall at constant interval The distributing rule in frequency domain and the relationship between the speed change rate and torque are obtained The experiment results showed that the effect of input rotation speed is more apparent than the effect of torque on the speed change rate,and the response of speed change in the shift down process is faster then that in the shift up process
