新鲜番茄主动气调包装研究

本文研究了在低温、低氧条件下番茄的呼吸速率、塑料薄膜透气率等,采用动态平衡模型方程,提供了一套番茄主动气调包装的设计方案,如包装量的确定、包装材料及尺寸的选择等。

Respiration rates of fresh Tomato and the permeability of polymeric films were studied under the condition of lower temperature and lower oxygen concentration. Based on the dynamic equilibrium equations, a process for designing AMAP (Active Modified Atmosphere Packaging) of fresh tomato presented such as the determination of product weight within packaging, the choices and sizes of polymeric films and so on.
