摘要 中国白酒目前存在“同质化”现象,主要体现在新型白酒上,但通过技术进步,可以逐步解决,并发展创新,新型白酒是传统白酒的补充。“酒是一柄双刃剑,少量是健康之友,过量是罪魁祸首”,适当饮酒有益健康。中国白酒不应限制,应该发展,发展白酒将对社会经济产生积极作用,其理由有三:一是农业产业化的需要,是农副产品(主要用粮为杂粮、陈化粮)精深加工的重要一环,是国家重要的财政来源之一;二是生态环境保护和建设的需要,发展白酒必然首先保护和建设生态环境;三是继承和发扬中华民族传统产业的需要,白酒积淀着深厚的中华民族文化和消费习惯。(一平) Chinese liquors especially new type liquors currently have th e problem of homogeneity,and the problem could be gradually settled by the adva ncement of techniques.New type liquors are the supplement to traditional liqu ors.There is an old saying:'liquor has both of advantage and disadvantage,ad equate drinking is good for the health but excessive drinking makes all things worse.'Therefore,adequate drinking is advocated.And the development of Chin ese liquors should not be restricted but be promoted.The de-velopment of liq uors has positive effects on social economy due to the following three reasons :1.the requirement of agricultural indus-trialization.It is an important chain of the deep processing of agricultural byproducts(sundry grains and aged grains as main raw ma-terials),and one of the most important national financ ial sources;2.the requirement of biological environment protection and con-struction.Biological environment protection and construction is of initial n ecessity for the development of liquor-making industry;3.the requirement o f inheritance and development of Chinese traditional industry.Liquors involve a lot deep national cultures and consumption habits.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
