摘要
通过在生产车间的蒸馏查定实验,确定清香型小曲白酒中色谱骨架成分的蒸馏曲线,同时根据公司的实际情况,确定车间新酒的最佳入库酒度至少在60度以上,才能保证小曲基酒清香纯正,酒体甜润、爽净的典型风格。
The disti ll ing curve of frame components of chromatogram of Fen-flavor Xiaoqu liquors was determined by distilling assess-ment experiments in plants.Then through comp rehensive consideration of the practical conditions in our corporation,the opt imal alco-holicity of liquors for storage should be at least above60%(v /v ),which could only ensure the pure flavor and clean taste of Xiaoqu basic liqu ors.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
