摘要 模型预测控制技术是先进过程控制技术的代表,其特征是:可利用预测模型预测未来时刻被控对象的输出变化及被控变量与其给定值的偏差,作为确定控制作用的依据;采用滚动式有限时段的在线优化策略;利用反馈信息,构成闭环优化。工程应用实践表明,DMC和DMO具有投资少、见效快的特点,可增加经济效益3%~6%。(小雨) Model prediction control techniqu e is the representative of advanced process control techniques and the technique h as the following characteristics:the output variation of controlled plant and the deviation between controlled variants and standard values in future time c ould be predicted beforehand by the application of prediction models,and the pr ediction could be used as the evidence for the determination of control function s;online optimized strategy of rolling limited time intervals could be adopted ;closed cycle op-timization formed by means of feedback information.The appli cation practice indicated that DMC and DMO had the advantages of low investment and quick working effects and their application could increase economic profits by3%~6%.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
