摘要 白酒文化源远流长,博大精深,上下五千年,经久不衰。其发展历程大致可划分为5个阶段:(1)酒的出现至1949年,为市场的自然积淀阶段,产品文化印记为作坊酒,属酒文化自然消费;(2)1949~1978年,为计划经济的各安天命阶段,产品文化由作坊酒过渡到工业酒,属酒文化自然消费;(3)1978~1996年,为白酒业群雄并起阶段,产品文化由工业酒向品牌酒过渡,由自然消费向酒文化被动消费过渡;(4)1996年至今,白酒业优胜劣汰阶段,市场经济走向成熟,由品牌酒向文化酒过渡,消费由被动消费转向选择消费;(5)从今以后市场经济比较成熟时,白酒业进入良性发展阶段,产品文化进入文化酒时代,消费市场进入世界领域。(庞晓) Liquor culture c ou ld be traced back5000years ago and it never presents the tendency of decaden ce.Its development histo-ry could be approximately divided into five stages: 1.the emergence of liquors to year1949,regarded as natural accumulation s tage of market,and the representative was workshop liquor,the stage belong to natural consumption of liquor cultures;2.1949~1978,fea-tured by th e planning economy ,workshop liquor evolved into industrialized liquor,the sta ge also belongs to natural consumption of liquor culture;3.1978~1996 ,featured by brutal market competition,industrialized liquor evolved into bran d liquor,liquor culture tran-sited from natural consumption to passive consump tion;4.year1996to nowadays,featured by gradual maturing market economy ,brand liquor evolved into culture liquor and the consumption trend upgraded fr om passive consumption to selective consumption;5.from now on,the market eco nomy become more sound and liquor-making industry marches in benign developme nt stage and liquors upgrade to culture liquors and the consumption market will expand throughout the world.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
