摘要
以回归分析方法为工具,研究了在探求相关因素的关系中,如何通过简单函数的组合,迭代求出变量间最佳拟合函数、拟合误差的方法和相应的软件,并对生料酿酒过程中发酵时间与发酵醪与酒精浓度之间关系的实验数据进行分析,取得了非常理想的结果。
We studied the relationship of relative fa ct ors and by means of regression analysis we further deduced the optimal matching functions of variables,the approaches to errors matching and the relative soft ware through simple function assembly.Besides,we ana-lyzed the experimental data to determine the relationship of fermentation time and the concentration o f fermented grains and alcohol in the process of uncooked materials liquor produ ction and ideal results were obtained.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
