The Enlightenment of Gulf War on Civil Defence Construction

海湾战争是一场高技术、高强度、高消耗的现代战争,双方都投入了大量新武器、新装备、新技术,尤其是空袭和反空袭斗争十分激烈。出动飞机之多,武器装备之先进,空袭时间之长,空袭范围之广,投弹密度之大,战争消耗之惊人,是第二次世界大战以来所仅有的。这场历时四十二天的战争,给人们的启迪是多方面的,就人防建设和开发城市地下空间来说,有以下三个问题值得人们去思索。

The Gulf War is a modern one with high technology, high intensity and high attrition. It is the only one after World War Ⅱ. The 42-day war gives us the enlightenments in many respects and the problems related to civil defence construction and development of urban underground space are discussed.
