摘要
在现代社会中 ,经济和社会发展赋予教师职业以新的使命 ,教育改革和发展也对教师职业提出了新挑战 ,要求将教师角色定位为人力资源的开发者、运用现代教育技术的专业工作者、终身学习的指导者和富有责任感的社会工作者。
In modern society, economic and social development has entrusted a new commission to the teaching profession. With the reform and development of education, the teachers are facing a new challenge. The teaching roles are redefined as the developer of human resource, the specialist of modern education, the director of life long learning, and the social worker full of responsibility.
