摘要
本文从北京市的经济、政治、战略地位和人口增长等因素分析,预测了“八五”“九五”和到2010年的发展,并提出了有关规划、法规和科学技术等几个问题的建议。
Based on analysis of economical, political and strategical and population growth factors in Beijing, the urban development during Eighth and Nineth Five-Year Plan up to the year 2010 was predicted.Suggestions were given on planning, legislation and development of science and technology.
