Development and Utilization of Underground Space should be Included in the Urban Planning

随着城市建设的迅速发展和旧城改造进程的加快,既为城市地下空间开发利用提供发展机遇,同时存在可能损失或破坏地下空间资源的潜在危险性。因此,应依据城市总体规划,拟定出修建性详细规划和控制性详细规划,以保护地下空间资源,使城市地下和地上空间得到合理的有效的开发利用,本文探讨了编制地下空间专业规划的方法及初步设想。

With development of urban construction, the opportunity for development of underground space was afforded, at the same time the possibility of damage of underground resource was opened up. Suggestions on conservation of underground resources by combining the development of underground space with urban planning were given.
