摘要
食品安全问题的频繁发生,使食品质量成为中国经济生活的热点。食品质量认证是保障食品安全的一项有效的制度安排。CAC和ISO制定的食品标准综合、全面、规范,已成为食品的基本国际标准。我国的食品标准低、数量少、空白点多,不适应食品安全的需要。利用食品认证制度,采取一系列措施,开展全面食品质量控制,提高食品安全性。
Food quality has become a public concern since food safety problems occur frequently in China.Food quality authentication is an effective institution designed to guarantee food safety.The food standards developed by CAC and ISO are integrative,allaround and normative,so they have become basic international standards of food.The food standards of China are lowlevel,and inadequate and fail to comply with safety need.Measures need to be taken to bring food quality verification into full play,to conduct a comprehensive food safety control and thus to enhance food safety.
