血脂宁口服液中各药材的薄层色谱法鉴别

IDENTIFICATION OF FOUR TRADITIONAL CHINA MEDICINAL MATERIALS IN XUEZHINING ORAL SOLUTIONWITH THIN LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY

目的按照中国药典关于中药质量标准分析方法制订的原则 ,研究血脂宁口服液中各药材的鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法 ,对血脂宁口服液中制首乌、泽泻、决明子、荷叶 4味药材进行鉴别。结果 4味药采用相应的薄层鉴别方法展开后 ,均显示与对照药材或对照品在相同的位置有相同颜色的特异性斑点。结论薄层色谱法分离度好 ,特异性强 ,重现性好 ,斑点适中 ,可作为血脂宁口服液各药材的鉴别方法。

ObjectiveTo establish the identification method of every component in Xuezhining oral solution according to the principle about drawing analytical method of traditional Chinese medicine in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. MethodsFour traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Xuezhining oral solution including radix polygoni multiflori preparata, rhizoma allsmatis, semen cassiae and folium nelumbinis were identified by thin layer chromatography. ResultsDevelop with thin layer chromatography, the result showed that the spots in the chromatogram obtained with the test solutions were similar in position, color to the spots in the chromatogram obtained with contrast medicinal materials or the reference samples.ConclusionThe method was proved to be simple, precise, reproducible and the spots in the chromatogram obtained are medium in position. The method can be used for identification of four traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Xuezhining oral solution.
