摘要
目的 评价在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (Laserinsitukeratomeleusis ,LASIK)中使用可蚀性光盘联合三棱镜抛光技术矫治远视的安全性、有效性、可预测性和稳定性。方法 对 15例患者 2 4只远视眼进行矫治。术前屈光度在 +1 75~ + 6 2 5D。随访时间 1年。结果 术后 1年 ,有 3眼 (12 5 %)最佳矫正视力的丢失在两行以上 ,平均裸眼远视力为0 68,平均裸眼近视力为 0 80 ,有 2 0眼 (83 3 %)残余屈光度在 -1 0 0~ + 1 0 0D。术后 1~ 3个月 ,屈光度回退量为 0 76D ,术后 3到 6个月为 0 0 8D ,术后 6到 12个月为 0 0 0D。结论 在LASIK手术中使用可蚀盘联合三棱镜矫治远视是安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the safety, efficacy, predictability and stability of Using an erodible disc coupled with an axicon lens for correction of hyperopia in laser in situ keratomeleusis (LASIK) Methods Correction was performed on 24 eyes of 15 patients with hyperopia with the rang of preoperative diopter of +1.75~+6.25 D The follow up time was 1 year Results There were 3 eyes(12 5%) that lost 2 or more lines of BCVA at 1 year after surgery Mean uncorrected distance visual acuity 0 68 while mean uncorrected visual acuity of reading distance was 0 80 There were 20 eyes (83 3%) with residual refractive diopters within -1 00~+1 00 D After surgery, mean fractive regression was 0 76 D during 1 month to 3 months and 0 08 D during 3 months to 6 months, averaging 0.00 D during 6 months to 12 months Conclusion The technology of erodible disc associate with axicon lens for the correction of hyperopia in LASIK was safe, effective, predictable and stable
