摘要
本试验以 8年生石硖龙眼为试材 ,研究了温度、生长调节剂、硼酸等因子对龙眼花粉萌发的影响。结果表明 :2 3~ 2 7℃温度条件最适于龙眼花粉萌发和花粉管的伸长 ,且低温有利于龙眼花粉的贮藏 ;各浓度的赤霉素 (GA3 )对龙眼花粉的萌发和花粉管的伸长均有促进作用 ,5 0mg/L的GA3 对花粉萌发效果最好 :2 0~ 40mg/L硼酸 (H3 BO3 )对加速石硖龙眼花粉管伸长和促进花粉萌发效果最好。
Eight year old Shixia Longan variety was used as experimental material.The effects on pollen germination by temperature, growth regulators and boric acid(H 3BO 3)were studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum temperatures of pollen germinating and pollen tube growing lay between 23~27℃ and the lower temperature(8℃)restrained the pollen viability.The pollen germination and pollen tube growth depended on the medium containing gibberellin(GA 3)50mg/L and H 3BO 3 20mg/L.GA 3 50mg/L increased the pollen germination percentage obviously.H 3BO 3 20mg/L improved the pollen viability and increased the pollen tube length.
